What to Include in Your Message
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:
- Your account email (the one you used to sign up)
- Device and OS: For example, "Windows 11" or "iPhone 15, iOS 17.3"
- App version: Found in the Shieldeum app under Settings or About
- Protocol: Which protocol you are using (WireGuard, OpenVPN, etc.)
- Server location: Which server you were connected to (or trying to connect to)
- Description of the issue: What happened, when it started, and any error messages you saw
- Steps already tried: Let us know what troubleshooting you have already done
Response Time
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours. Complex technical issues may take longer to investigate, but we will keep you updated on progress.
