Download Shieldeum for Windows (7/8/10/11)

Shieldeum VPN works on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11 (both 32-bit and 64-bit). You need approximately 100 MB of free disk space and an active internet connection for the initial setup.

1. Download the installer from dl.shieldeum.net
2. Run the downloaded .exe file
3. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info" then "Run anyway"
4. Follow the installation wizard (default settings work fine)
5. Once installed, launch Shieldeum from your desktop or Start menu

After launching the app:

1. Log in with your Shieldeum account credentials
2. Click the large connect button to join the fastest available server
3. A green indicator confirms you are connected and protected

You can also browse the server list to pick a specific location from our 77 available access points.

If the installer does not start, make sure you are logged in as an administrator. Antivirus software occasionally flags VPN installers. You may need to add an exception for Shieldeum in your antivirus settings.

If the app installs but will not connect, check that your firewall is not blocking Shieldeum, and try switching to a different protocol in Settings.
