Renewals Explained (2-Year Renews to 1-Year Rate)

Your Shieldeum subscription renews automatically at the end of your billing period unless you cancel beforehand:

• Monthly plans renew each month at the monthly rate
• 1-year plans renew annually at the 1-year rate
• 2-year plans renew at the 1-year rate after the initial 2-year term ends (not at the 2-year rate)

This means your 2-year plan gives you the best introductory rate, and when it renews, you get the 1-year price going forward.

You can view your renewal date and manage auto-renewal settings in your Shieldeum client area under the subscription section. To cancel auto-renewal, toggle it off before your renewal date. Your VPN access continues until the end of the paid period.
